Job summary

Capital Paving & Construction, LLC is seeking a Concrete Paving Superintendent (Machine Paving) to lead all machine paving operations on heavy civil, highway, airport, and commercial projects. You will direct Foremen, Operators, and field crews, manage subcontractors, equipment resources, and project schedules while coordinating with project management, owners, and engineers.

The role requires extensive experience with slipform paving, grade control technology, and high-production methods,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of concrete paving experience.
• Extensive experience with slipform paving systems and machine paving operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, profiles, grades and specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all concrete paving operations and field crews.
• Oversee slipform paving, curb and gutter, barrier wall, and related activities.
• Develop production schedules and coordinate concrete supply, trucking, and equipment.
• Ensure quality control and documentation, testing coordination, and safety program adherence.
• Serve as primary field liaison between project management, owners, engineers, inspectors, and crews.
