• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate execution.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to uphold safety, quality, and productivity.
• Use ProCore to track progress, document issues, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and address issues promptly.
• Oversee project budgets, costs vs estimates, procurement, and cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and suppliers to prevent delays.
• Lead team meetings to share updates, resolve issues, and motivate crews.

Experience

• Must have slip form paving experience.
• Extensive experience managing heavy civil or commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong background in construction management software such as ProCore.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for complex projects involving pipelines or infrastructure development.
• Supervisory experience managing diverse teams of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and labor crews on active job sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards along with federal construction safety regulations; experience implementing comprehensive safety programs.
• Skilled in project scheduling techniques including critical path method (CPM) scheduling for efficient timeline management.
• Familiarity with contracts administration, budgeting processes, quality control procedures, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Construction site experience emphasizing blueprint reading, technical problem-solving skills, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• $10,000 sign on bonus available after 3 months of continuous employment.
