Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor with a strong focus on civil construction.
• Proven experience managing civil projects such as roadway construction, utility installation, drainage systems, or infrastructure improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for civil engineering projects, including grading, utilities, roadways, and site development.
• Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractors, and self-perform crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Interpret and execute civil engineering plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with design standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, logistics, and sequencing of civil work activities.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across all job sites.
