Job summary

Hausmann Construction in the Omaha area is seeking a motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding quality standards.

You will manage subcontractors, lead on-site teams, enforce safety rules, and drive problem-solving to keep projects moving.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and codes, excellent organization, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Office
