Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous design experience within Residential, Commercial or Industrial Land Development
• Ability to produce site layouts, grading and utility plans
• Familiarity with drafting practices and procedures

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for design staff related to drafting practices and procedures.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments on time and to Atwell standards.
• Produce drawings including soil erosion plans, site layout, grading, storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer plans and construction staking.
• Review survey data and legal descriptions to inform development decisions.
• Edit plans as required by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status to meet chargeability goals.
