SENIOR CIVIL CAD DESIGNER - Land Development

SUMMARY: Dibble Engineering is seeking a highly motivated individual, committed to excellence, to join our Land Development Team in Tucson, Arizona. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on multiple projects simultaneously and be a team player.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications include:

• Enjoyment of working in a team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to the company's values
• Ability to participate in complex, high-value projects and manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
• Sound decision-making skills for the benefit of projects and the company
• Consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Relevant or similar land development experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Ability to prepare construction documents adhering to good design judgment and agency guidelines

Education and Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency.

LOCATION: This position is based in our Tucson office.

COMPENSATION: Salary depends on skills and experience.
