Job summary

Stanley Consultants, an award-winning global consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer in a hybrid Denver, CO position. You will lead Civil 3D-driven drafting for utility infrastructure, including pipelines and treatment facilities, while ensuring high-quality contract documents and standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and project teams, support permitting, and drive CAD workflow improvements.

Qualifications

10+ years of Civil 3D design experience focused on utility infrastructure.
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office.
Autodesk Certification is a plus.
Strong communication, self-motivation, organization, proactive problem solving, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead construction drawing creation for utility infrastructure projects.
Use Civil 3D for surface modeling, alignments, profiles, and grading.
Develop plan and profile drawings and translate concepts into contract documents.
Perform self-checks and peer reviews for design accuracy and standards.
Manage document revisions and ensure consistency across projects.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams; support permitting and design reviews.
Contribute to CAD workflow improvements and stay current with CAD practices.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical training.
