Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Domain Architect for the Digital Workspace Advisory practice to lead Cisco UC and Webex Calling migrations across cloud-native, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will be the customer-facing technical voice, partner with PMO, and mentor peers as part of a high-visibility team.

The role requires deep Cisco UC expertise, strong Teams Voice knowledge, and proven pre-sales rigor.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in IT infrastructure architecture, technology consulting, advisory, or professional services.
3–5 years operating at a Senior or Lead Architect level (or equivalent scope and responsibility).

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing services projects of varying size and complexity, including statements of work, low- and high-level designs, deployment plans, SOPs, and post-deployment knowledge transfer.
Own end-to-end design and delivery of Cisco UC and Webex Calling migrations; mentor senior engineers and project engineers.
Collaborate with delivery, practice, and business-development peers to generate methodologies, templates, reference architectures, and go-to-market collateral.
In pre-sales, define scope, resource requirements, levels of effort, and high-quality statements of work for opportunities sourced through partner channels.
Review delivery artifacts for technical accuracy and brand-consistent One Voice tone; manage each engagement for profitability and outcomes.
