Quevera in Columbia, MD seeks a Cisco Voice Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize the enterprise voice infrastructure, including CUCM and related telephony systems. You will configure voice networks, manage dial plans, perform routine maintenance, and monitor performance to ensure reliable communications.
Candidates should have seven years of systems administration experience, a relevant degree (or five years substituted), and hands-on CUCM, TDM/VoIP, H.323 and SIP expertise.

- Seven years of systems administration experience supporting programs of similar scope.
- Experience configuring and administering TDM and VoIP systems.
- Experience with CUCM and related voice infrastructure.

- Administer and maintain CUCM and related voice systems.
- Plan routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
- Document system configurations and changes.
- Design and analyze dial plans and traffic routing.
- Monitor voice systems for SLA adherence.
- Provide support for move/add/change/deactivation requests.
