The position is hybrid with two days in the office, focusing on planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction oversight across multiple facilities and public works initiatives throughout California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, public works, or infrastructure project management.
• Experience managing municipal CIP projects including facilities, roadways, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects across scopes and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate municipal CIP projects within schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Oversee planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phases.
• Serve as liaison between municipal clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
