Qualifications

• 8+ years in the game industry with AAA titles.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and body mechanics.
• Proficiency in Maya and motion-capture workflows.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality animations focusing on character performances and gameplay.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to address needs.
• Develop new techniques and processes for animation implementation.
• Plan and direct motion capture shoots.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain productivity.
