Dolby is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Cinema Products to drive the growth of Dolby Cinema technologies across North America. You will develop strategic relationships with exhibitors, dealers, and industry partners, acting as the voice of the customer within Dolby's Cinema and Group Entertainment business.

Reporting to the Director, Sales & Partner Management, Americas, you will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, support customer adoption, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cinema exhibition sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of cinema exhibition ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen relationships with cinema exhibitors, dealers, and partners across North America.
• Drive awareness and sales of Dolby Cinema products and technologies.
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers within exhibition organizations.
• Identify strategic sales opportunities through exhibitor and dealer networks.
• Forecast, plan, and execute regional sales strategies and business plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and market trends.
• Represent Dolby at industry conferences, events, and trade shows.
• Provide customers with product, market, and business insights to inform decisions.
