Job summary

Northrop Grumman's CIDO PMO seeks a Sr Principal Chief Information and Digital Office Program Manager in Colorado Springs or Boulder. You will oversee multiple IT programs, coordinating with enterprise IT to deliver secure, compliant digital solutions across the Space Sector.

Required are a Secret clearance and 6+ years of IT program or leadership experience, with a preference for a Master’s degree. On-site work is required with travel to CO sites as needed.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, budgeting, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT programs and projects and align with enterprise priorities.
• Lead budgeting, staffing plans, and proposal development for CIDO initiatives.
• Coordinate with site leadership, end users, and stakeholders to deliver IT services.
• Drive governance processes, change control, and risk management within IT programs.
• Provide liaison between corporate and sector leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
