Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Staff Information Systems Project Manager to lead the design, build, and delivery of high-performance computing infrastructure for Space Domain Awareness ground-based radar systems.

You will manage cross-functional IT and engineering teams, define objectives, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting security and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12+ years professional experience, OR a Master’s with 10+ years, OR PhD with 8+ years.
• Requires active U.S. Government Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• Experience leading IT/infrastructure projects involving HPC, GPGPU, and multi-node processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects spanning multiple functional organizations.
• Own design, build, integration, and delivery of HPC solutions supporting SDA ground-based radar missions.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources across System Administrators, Network Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, Cyber Security Engineers, Requirements Engineers, MBSE Systems Engineers.
• Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor a multidisciplinary team (~15).
