Job summary

Deck Prism, LLC is seeking a Training Program Support professional at senior, mid-level, or junior level to analyze CI training needs and coordinate with USIC agencies. The role focuses on developing tailored training materials for the CI Directorate and organizing ongoing training programs.

The ideal candidate will have CI-related experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities to manage training facilities and track learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior (10+ years), mid-level (6+ years) or junior (4+ years) CI experience in the US Intelligence Community.
• Background in CI investigations, CI program management, CI analysis, CI awareness, or CI cyber.
• Experience in development or review of training materials, and training or instruction of others.
• Ability to communicate clearly, speak publicly, and conduct classroom or seminar training.
• Strong organizational and database management skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs by analyzing CI requirements from agency HQ and field CI elements.
• Lead liaison with USIC agencies to identify and coordinate training requirements.
• Lead developer for training materials for the CI Directorate tailored to CI environments.
• Develop tailored small-group training and future training programmes.
• Identify skills gaps and design training programs to meet needs.
• Organize, schedule, evaluate the Continuing Training and Development Program.
• Maintain electronic training folders and track training status.
• Manage and schedule school facilities, classrooms, and equipment.
• Provide educational program information and support.
• Monitor feedback and training effectiveness; participate in quality improvement.
