Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) in Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on developing CI leads, creating target nominations, and supporting joint targeting for lethal/non-lethal engagements.

The position requires a minimum of four years in CI/HUMINT targeting or equivalent education with foundational targeting courses, plus experience with multiple regions and intelligence disciplines. A TS/SCI clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer.
• Bachelor’s degree + completion of a foundational targeting course (e.g., JCHATC, OHTC/HTTS) or IC Targeting Officer certification.
• Experience in one or more of: China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Experience using all intelligence disciplines for planning, execution, and support of sensitive ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI leads based on OPG or region requirements using OSINT and classified sources.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint engagements; create database records and TMs.
• Produce all source analytic damage estimates and support combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation, target list management, and target strategy development.
• Provide CI targeting methodology training to government personnel and external agencies.
