Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.

The role develops CI leads, creates target nominations, and produces target intelligence products. It includes delivering training, coordinating with interagency partners, and ensuring operational effectiveness of targeting efforts.

Qualifications

• Four years CI/HUMINT targeting experience OR a bachelor’s degree with qualifying targeting courses.
• At least one year in China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Experience using all intelligence disciplines in planning and supporting sensitive collection operations.
• Experience supporting joint and/or interagency operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI leads from open-source and classified requirements.
• Develop targets and target systems; create nominations and intelligence products.
• Produce source analytic damage estimates and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation; manage target lists and strategy.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to meet commander objectives.
• Provide target nominations and update databases; upload TMs into databases.
• Deliver CI targeting training to supported and external personnel (up to 12 sessions/year).
• Develop High Value Individuals (HVIs) per ACIC priorities; provide qualitative/quantitative analysis.
