Job summary

Prescient Edge in Hawaii seeks an SME CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) to support a federal government client at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.

The role develops CI leads, creates target nominations, and delivers intelligence products to support planning and operations. Training on CI targeting methodologies will be provided, with collaboration across agencies and government personnel to enhance targeting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Twelve years CI/HUMINT targeting experience or a bachelor’s plus foundational targeting courses.
• Experience with China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Experience using multiple intelligence disciplines in analytic support.
• Experience with joint/interagency operations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-tempo team.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI leads based on requirements using open-source and classified sources.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint engagements.
• Create database records and equip target intelligence products.
• Produce analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation and target list management.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to support plans and operations.
• Prepare Target Nomination Packages and related deliverables for supported elements.
• Coordinate liaison with external agencies to foster information sharing.
