Inova Health in Fairfax, VA, seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead system-wide improvement initiatives on a full-time, day-shift basis. You will partner with executives and department leaders to drive patient care improvements across the health system.

The role requires 5 years TPS experience, a Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience in lieu, and Six Sigma Black Belt or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience with Toyota Production System fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or ability to acquire within 6 months of hire.

• Partners with leaders to support high-profile projects that transform patient care across the health system.
• Leads cross-functional teams through a methodical process to assess, improve and sustain results using CI best practices.
• Develops and delivers project communications including executive-level presentations.
• Coaches clinical and system service team members in Continuous Improvement fundamentals.
• Applies and teaches CI toolset (DMAIC, process mapping, standard work, visual management).
• Participates in creating and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Mentors and supports Continuous Improvement team members to advance their skills.
