Job summary

CSL Vifor in Bradley, IL is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive manufacturing CI across operations. This on-site role focuses on identifying opportunities, facilitating Tier 1 CI, and delivering measurable safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

You will lead data collection and analysis, support Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping, and manage change controls within the quality system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• 5+ years in GxP-regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Tier 1 CI processes and ensure consistent CI practices.
• Coordinate CI project prioritization and resourcing with stakeholders.
• Execute CI projects within approved scope, timelines and objectives.
• Lead data collection/analysis to support problem solving and decision making.
• Lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping activities.
• Drive safety, quality and efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and CI teams.
• Promote structured problem solving and CI capability development.
• Complete other duties as assigned by senior management.
