Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement professional for the Fab 62 project in Chandler, AZ. The candidate will drive a risk-based CI strategy, align stakeholders, and guide teams through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience in CI with leadership and data-driven decision making, supporting a major semiconductor facility program in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in CI across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Startup, Operations.
• Experience supervising direct reports and leading change through influence.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving with structured methods (5 Whys, RCA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a continuous improvement program aligned with project goals.
• Lead a CI team and manage the project corrective action system.
• Analyze data across processes to measure improvement impact.
• Facilitate workshops and training on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
