Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Engineer II to join the production build team on the manufacturing floor. You will plan, execute, and optimize manufacturing activities, develop process documentation, and collaborate with design, quality, and operations to meet build goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-tech manufacturing, strong SAP/ERP experience, SolidWorks skills, and a hands-on, self-starter attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or Arts in Engineering/Physical Sciences/Manufacturing or related field required.
Candidates without a degree must have 5–10 years of directly related manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with SAP, BOMs, routings, work orders, ECOs is strongly preferred.
SolidWorks 4–6 years of hands-on use for modeling, drawings, DXF export preferred.
Lean Manufacturing principles required; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate the Manufacturing Engineering portion of system builds.
Create manufacturing-ready documentation (S.O.E., Assembly Process Workflow).
Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
Modify work instructions, BOM structures, and training curricula in SAP and related systems.
Interface with customers and vendors; attend customer meetings.
