Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior CI/CD Engineer based in the United States. You will strengthen and secure enterprise DevOps infrastructure, ensuring reliable software delivery and business continuity.

You will govern and secure artifacts, containers, and dependencies while modernizing tooling and enabling AI-driven productivity. The role involves disaster recovery design, managing Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and contributing to migrations to GitHub/GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise CI/CD and DevOps platforms, especially Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build/deploy processes, repository administration, and artifact management.
• Understanding of multi-site disaster recovery, failover design, and infrastructure recoverability.
• Familiarity with open-source governance, dependency management, package security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience documenting technical architectures, operational procedures, security controls, and platform configurations.
• Understanding of Git-based development workflows and platform migration considerations involving GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve daily work, or willingness to experiment and champion AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test multi-site disaster recovery and failover solutions for enterprise DevOps tools.
• Administer and support Jenkins environments, including controllers, agents, and pipelines.
• Manage Bitbucket repositories, configurations, access practices, and repository administration.
• Configure and maintain JFrog Artifactory, including local/remote repositories and artifact storage.
• Establish governance controls for external software repositories and open-source library ingestion.
• Define and maintain repository and artifact management standards and security controls.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for DevOps toolchains and DR procedures.
• Support platform migrations (Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions) with documentation.
