Job summary

Sibros Technologies is seeking a Senior Build & Release Engineer to lead the firmware build and release processes. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate development.

The role focuses on robust tooling, scalable build systems, and best-in-class practices for high reliability firmware across vehicle architectures. Requires 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in a senior build/release or related engineering role.
Experience with large-scale software build systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for firmware builds.
Identify and address pain points across development, test, release cycles.
Debug cross-layer issues between application and low-level infrastructure.
Lead code and process improvements to ensure best-in-class quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, mitigate risks, and meet schedules.
Mentor team members through documentation and code reviews.
