You will mentor engineers, shape processes, and ensure reliable field performance, with hybrid collaboration across in-office and remote days. 8+ years of deep technical expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of firmware/embedded systems experience.
• Strong C/C++ and real-time embedded systems expertise.
• Proven track record architecting firmware and control systems.
• Experience establishing coding standards and reusable frameworks.
• Excellent problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect firmware and control system solutions for entire products, establishing coding standards and best practices across the team.
• Design scalable software architectures and communication frameworks for multi-device networks, including hardware/software co-design.
• Develop novel control approaches and mentor others in control theory and embedded development.
• Establish testing, validation, and root cause analysis standards used across products.
• Lead firmware workstreams within larger programs, managing milestones and dependencies.
