Our client, a Global Semiconductor Leader, is seeking a Sr. CI/CD Automation & DevOps Engineer to join the engineering organization supporting firmware development and validation teams.
The role entails owning CI/CD pipelines, automation infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, worldwide environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD Engineering, Automation Engineering, Software Development, or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD environments.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Tekton, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, plus proficiency in Python scripting and automation development.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting firmware and software development.
- Own and support build, release, and deployment automation infrastructure for engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures, build issues, and infrastructure problems.
- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, Bash, or similar.
- Collaborate with firmware, validation, security, and platform engineering teams to improve testing workflows.
