Chromalloy is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst in Carson City, NV. You will drive operational excellence by using data, Lean and Six Sigma methods, collaborating with manufacturing teams to identify waste, improve flow, and deliver measurable safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity gains.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment with measurable results.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and the application of statistical processes and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Minitab, SPSS, or similar statistical analysis tools.
• Process improvement certification such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or related certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve safety, on-time delivery, quality, cost, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze production flow, performance, financial data, and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, A3, 5S, VSM, Gemba).
• Use statistical tools to evaluate process performance, establish metrics, and validate improvements.
• Develop reporting systems to provide visibility of manufacturing performance and sustain improvements.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from charter to implementation within timelines and budgets.
