• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production planning and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach, develop, and support production employees and team leads.
• Plan and prioritize work in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Manage staffing, labor utilization, overtime, and cross-training.
• Provide technical support for machining operations and process troubleshooting.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
