Chromalloy Corporation seeks a Product Engineer to support, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes for an assigned product family. You will document production capabilities, apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, and partner with engineering, quality, and operations on process improvements, NPI, and quality actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing role.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD modeling.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Proficiency with measurement methods (CMM, white-light, laser).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Document production processes, work instructions, equipment capabilities and capacity, and value stream maps.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods to optimize products and processes.
• Support ERP implementation and ongoing use across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams on process improvements and new product introduction.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop tooling and equipment improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, procedures, and presentations.
