Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Services Technician V to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. Performs service projects from start to finish and ensures total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities include installation and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining clear communication with customers on site, assisting with inventory and tool procurement,

Qualifications

• Current licensed HVAC technician with commercial systems experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Experience with water-cooled chillers and VFD troubleshooting.
• Chiller rebuild and startup/commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry competitors.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain communication with customers on and off site.
• Assist in inventory and tool procurement.
• Promote and follow BMCC safety procedures and policies.
