Job summary

ENFRA in Houston, TX is seeking an HVAC Services Technician V to install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across service projects from start to finish.

You will ensure total customer satisfaction, maintain clear communication with customers, and uphold BMCC safety procedures while managing multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience.
• Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
• Skills level of Tech IV

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.
