Job summary

South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks a Voucher Supervisor to manage the childcare voucher payment system staff, ensuring accurate and timely provider payments in line with guidelines. You will train and mentor staff to promote performance and growth.

Responsibilities include supervising payment processing, resolving issues with vendors and agency personnel, and coordinating system maintenance for efficient transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or related field required.
• Two years of professional experience in accounting, business administration, finance, auditing, or budgeting.
• Master’s Degree or higher may substitute for required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff who process payments and respond to provider inquiries.
• Coordinate system maintenance for efficient transaction processing and resolve policy issues with vendors.
• Assist Accounts Payable leadership with reviewing and releasing payments.
