Job summary

Wright Directions, LLC in South Carolina is seeking a qualified Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) Supervisor to oversee the Peer Support Services program across the state. This contract role focuses on supervision, mentorship, documentation, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid RBHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet CPSS Supervisor qualifications per SC Medicaid RBHS.
• Knowledge of mental health, peer support, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual supervision and mentorship to CPSS staff.
• Review service documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance with Medicaid RBHS requirements.
• Support staff in providing person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.
• Promote skills in emotional regulation, coping, self-advocacy, social connections, and independent living.
• Identify staff training needs and provide coaching to improve service delivery.
