The City of New York’s Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) seeks a Training Supervisor for the James Satterwhite Academy to lead onboarding and ongoing staff development for Child Protective Specialists. You will coordinate with DCP leadership, provider agencies, and the CPS training team to ensure high-quality education and practice across programs.

You will oversee curriculum development, safety interventions, and trainer performance, while managing virtual courses and cross‑agency

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 18 months of child protective casework experience.
• 30 semester credits toward a Master of Social Work or related graduate degree.

Mansioni

• Liaise with DCP leadership, Children’s Center leadership, and provider agencies to coordinate onboarding and training for staff.
• Participate in curriculum development and revision for training programs.
• Implement safety interventions and ensure proper investigative practices are followed.
• Facilitate trainer development sessions and support CPS trainers.
• Manage lead virtual course offerings and coordinate staff development activities.
• Evaluate the performance of JSA Child Welfare trainers and ensure program quality.
