Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or related field with relevant supervision experience.
• Degree in social work, psychology, or human services preferred; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead case management oversight and unit supervision to ensure continuity of care and permanency for cases.
• Utilize data elements to measure service effectiveness and conduct ongoing QA reviews.
• Oversee contract outcomes, reporting, and compliance across the unit.
• Coordinate adoption activities and monitor court-related processes and trainings.
