The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a proactive Probation Services liaison to support statewide child support matters. You will serve as the subject matter expert, provide coaching and training to AOC and Vicinage staff, and coordinate both virtual and on-site engagements to resolve complex issues.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to implement policy changes while working in a hybrid environment with possible remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with five years of professional experience, two in program development/coordination.
• Substitutions allowed: master’s or law degree for experience credits; foreign degrees require evaluation.
• A driver’s license is required if operating a vehicle is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead liaison for AOC and Vicinage staff on complex child support policy and NJKiDS.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff statewide.
• Mentor and coach liaisons, and conduct on-site training visits.
• Offer onsite assistance to vicinage staff and address requests for support.
• Coordinate virtual visits and staff development statewide; prepare audit responses.
