Responsibilities

• Interview clients/customers.
• Monitor case flow and analyze case histories.
• Identify clients’ case management needs and coordinate services.
• Review documents for compliance with court rules and practices.
• Schedule case management conferences and proceedings.
• Prepare investigations reports and dispositions.
• Assist in hearings and prepare court orders.
• Establish working relationships with divisions and vicinages.
• Advise judges and management on case issues.
