Job summary

The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a Statewide Mental Health Program Coordinator to support 15 local probation divisions with policies, training, and technical assistance. The role requires organizational and communication skills, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with up to two days remote and opportunities to lead data collection and training initiatives across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience in program development/coordination/administrative research.
• Strong administrative and project management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Office) for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, and implementation of the Mental Health Diversion Program and ongoing oversight.
• Continue statewide Mental Health Supervision program implementation.
• Write policy and procedure for the Mental Health Diversion program.
• Serve as Central Office point person for vicinage diversion liaisons and facilitate monthly planning meetings with high level technical updates.
