Job summary

New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a qualified professional to support statewide probation staff with complex child support matters. You will provide technical assistance, training, and guidance to AOC and Vicinage staff, helping resolve policy and financial issues.

The role emphasizes mentoring, onsite coaching, and coordination of virtual visits, with the possibility of up to 2 remote workdays. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed with relevant experience.
• Five years of professional experience; two in program development/coordination/administration.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational awareness, time management, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead liaison for AOC and Vicinage staff on complex child support policy, NJKiDS, and financial matters.
• Mentor and coach liaisons; conduct on-site visits and training sessions.
• Provide onsite assistance and 1-on-1 coaching to vicinage staff; address county needs.
• Assist with implementation of AOC Probation, DFD, and federal/state initiatives; plan, train, data cleanup, and ongoing support.
• Assess issues from reports and audits; develop virtual and in-person training to address needed improvements.
• Coordinate virtual visits and staff developments statewide; participate in audits, meetings and cross-agency projects.
