Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with system development, requirements, verification, integration and test, and production.
• Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain product vision, strategy, and goals across IPTs and customers.
• Ensure engineering execution meets cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with senior customer and program leadership.
• Influence technical capabilities and risk mitigation across stakeholders.
• Support capture of new business and align roadmaps with program planning.
• Lead incremental upgrades and system improvements.
• Drive improvements in production and FRACAS activities.
• Engage with major subcontractors to ensure deliverables.
• Direct a multi-disciplinary engineering team for product development and production.
• Provide technical disposition for EXPORT/IMPORT compliance.
