Job summary

RTX Corporation in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to lead the PFFT portfolio, including SM-6 software upgrades, flight tests, hardware upgrades, and engineering services contracts.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, SM-6 and requires active security clearance; onsite in Tucson with no relocation support. You will drive portfolio performance, risk management, and customer engagements to deliver complex programs.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years.
• Production Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience leading program or project execution in development, software upgrades, fleet sustainment or engineering services/support.
• Experience managing costs, schedules, and technical performance using EVMS or similar program management methods.

Responsibilities

• Own related profit and loss, AOP and financial performance commitments.
• Coordinate across SM-6 programs to understand interdependencies and meet portfolio commitments.
• Translate customer needs to leadership and program teams.
• Collaborate with program leaders to shape and capture future acquisitions.
