Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior program management professional to lead value stream capacity activities for the Naval Power Product Line. You will coordinate test equipment integration, factory optimization, and supplier capacity growth to ensure on-time transition to production and effective risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in STEM, 8+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. You will work with Systems Engineering, Software, Firmware, and Production Test teams across onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• EVMS certification and active Secret clearance are required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Integration of hardware, software, and firmware across subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Oversee troubleshooting and failure investigations to meet IPT goals.
• Define requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield.
