Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering staff; act on behalf of the Chief Engineer during absences.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of Central Plant equipment and building systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to staff.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, priorities, and schedules for engineering staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to procedures.
• Support capital improvement projects and commissioning of new equipment.
