NVE Inc. is seeking a Chief Engineer for an O&M contract at a Federal Facility in Laurel, MD. The role requires 10+ years as an Operating Engineer, with 2+ years directing personnel, and 5+ years of experience with large chillers and boilers.

On-site 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with additional times as needed to manage contract work. Must be US citizen, possess MD 1st or DC 3rd class license, and pass background checks.

Competenze

• Ten years of experience in operating chillers (500+ tons) and boilers (125 HP) within the last eight years.
• Experience in industrial, laboratory, construction, or commercial building environments.

Mansioni

• Determine work methods, trade techniques, equipment and materials for assignments under supervision.
• Assign work to subordinates using CMMS to maintain building operations.
• Conduct tours of areas/equipment as directed and required by contract.
