Qualifications

Bachelor's in STEM with 16+ years, MS with 14+ years, or PhD with 12+ years.
Active US government Secret clearance or higher (or Continuous Evaluation).
Ability to obtain SAP and TS/SCI clearance; travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

Serve as the technical authority for the Expendables OU.
Define and control technical requirements and ensure cross-project coordination.
Interface with the customer and company senior leadership.
Represent NGAS in cross-company weapon-related technical activities.
Collaborate with USG technology stakeholders.
Ensure programs adhere to engineering principles and company standards.
Oversee technical performance within allocated cost and schedule resources.
Chair the Technical Review Board (TRB).
Support program managers in risk and opportunity management.
Support weapon mission engineering, design, and cost trades.
