This role involves conducting preventative maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in HVAC systems, communication, and organization. A valid driver's license and universal certification for refrigerants are required.
Qualifications
5+ years of related trade experience in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Possess a valid 'Universal' level certification for CFC and HFC based refrigerants.
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Supervise maintenance staff and monitor maintenance activities.
Perform preventive maintenance duties including inspections and repairs.
