Aristide Energy Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Chemical Sales Manager to expand sales across oleochemical and industrial chemical markets. You will identify new customers, applications, and commercial outlets for a diverse portfolio and drive growth through a proactive sales approach.

You will develop a robust pipeline, negotiate terms, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer needs. Travel to customer meetings and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B chemical sales or business development experience required.
  • Established network of chemical industry customers, suppliers, or other industry contracts strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Job description

Aristide Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Sales Manager to develop new markets and expand sales across industrial and speciality chemical applications. This role will focus heavily on identifying new customers, applications, and commercial outlets for a diverse portfolio of chemical and oleochemical products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business across oleochemical, oilfield/downhole, HI&I, and other industrial chemical markets
  • Identify new applications, markets, and commercial outlets for existing and prospective product streams
  • Prospect and develop relationships with manufacturers, formulators, distributors, and industrial end users
  • Evaluate customer needs and match available products to appropriate applications and specifications
  • Manage the sales process from initial prospecting and product qualification through sampling, pricing, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers and sales opportunities
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to understand product specifications, availability, volumes and logistics
  • Identify opportunities to source and market additional products based on customer demand and market conditions
  • Monitor market pricing, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry contacts
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B chemical sales or business development experience required
  • Demonstrated experience developing new accounts and markets within the chemical industry
  • Experience in one or more of the following strongly preferred: oleochemicals, oilfield & downhole chemicals, HI&I checmials, speciality and industial chemicals
  • Strong understanding of chemical products, specifications, applications, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Established network of chemical industry customers, suppliers, or other industry contracts strongly preferred
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in an entreprenerual, growth-focused environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to prospect independently and convert new opportunities into business
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, supplier visits, and industry events
