Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Chemical Process Engineer to ensure high manufacturing standards and oversee the process engineering related to product development. You will support production, mentor staff, and manage documentation while addressing any production issues.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, and a thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing and safety training. This role comes with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in etching, plating, hazardous waste, or similar industry.
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Comprehension of HAZWOPER, OSHA, and DOT training programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet goals in Wet Process areas.
• Support and mentor production; assist with technical issues.
• Keep process documents updated and resolve audit findings.
• Initiate improvement projects and advise on capital investments.
• Monitor chemical usage and training of employees on safety.
• Represent company with hazardous waste agencies.
