Job summary
Honeywell is seeking a Principal Chemical Engineer with an innovation focus to lead the development and commercialization of Ortloff cryogenic gas processing technologies. You will mentor engineers, drive technology innovation, and oversee complex projects across the full value chain.
You will collaborate with Technology Specialists to strengthen bench strength, manage key initiatives, and support sales in identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 15 years of process and/or process design engineering experience in the natural gas processing industry.
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience with NGL/LPG Recovery Turbo-Expander processing units.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight for the development, innovation, commercialization, and project execution of Ortloff cryogenic gas processing technologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers while maintaining responsibility for key projects and engineering plans.
- Provide leadership and oversight in technology innovation and technical issue resolution.
- Drive the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of engineering infrastructure and tools.
- Plan, organize, and communicate project technical requirements to leadership.
