Job summary

FORESIGHT TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Chemical Delivery Design Manager to lead the development, design, quoting, and execution of complex chemical and fluid-delivery equipment systems for high-tech manufacturing environments. The role requires strong engineering leadership, deep domain expertise in chemical process equipment, and the ability to scale systems and teams.

You will oversee layout design, P&IDs, BOMs, and automation initiatives, while guiding cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in equipment engineering, chemical systems, fluid systems, or related industries.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience designing and building chemical and fluid process equipment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and engineering software tools.
• Experience quoting large assemblies and complex equipment systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Equipment Engineering team in the design, development, and execution of chemical and fluid delivery systems and assemblies.
• Provide technical oversight for complex assemblies and systems (CDUs, fluid systems, valve boxes, process equipment, OEM assemblies).
• Develop and improve engineering standards, design methodologies, and scalable processes.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex equipment design and build challenges.
• Support multiple business units and coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, PM, and Customers.
